Prior to your first order, you will need to provide Cera with all relevant data.

When placing an order via our online-store, you will get the order confirmation via e-mail showing all order details.

Click on the category needed and add the respective quantity to the shopping basket by clicking the corresponding button.

Is the product code already known, take advantage of fast entry.

In our online-store you can add the required product and quantity to the shopping basket. Confirm items and delivery address and click on „Submit order“. Orders can also be e-mailed to info@cera-gmbh.com.

The goods ordered will be delivered to the address agreed on. Freight costs depend on the size of the consignment and delivery method. Lead time and detailed order information are shown on the order confirmation.

All returns need to be notified in writing or by phone. We cannot accept unapproved returns.

Returns need always to be agreed on. Please note that our warehouse cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Cera sells only to companies registered with all commercial relevant data.
